ePayment Express, http://www.ePaymentExpress.net, is a suite of websites for non-profit groups that provide web-based services to process credit & debit card payments online .  The trio of websites are:

  • http://www.eTicketExpress.com, sells eTickets for performances;
  • http://www.eRegisterExpress.com, accepts online registrations for events; and
  • http://www.eFundraiserExpress.com, runs online auctions and e-stores.

ePayment Express is completely free for the Host organization because all fees are paid by the customer in each purchase.  What is our fee?  It’s the lowest on the market today: 4% + $0.40.  There are no set-up fees, no monthly fees, no contracts, and you don’t need a merchant account.  We accept Visa, M/C, AmEx & Discover debit & credit cards.  We are a complete online payment transaction service that’s ready to go when you are.

Host your events on the web with ePayment Express
Become a Host with ePayment Express and you get a webpage for your organization, where all your events are posted.  Include your logo, contact information, and information about your organization.  These events can be any type of ePayment Express transactions: eTickets, eRegistrations, or online Auctions.  You can view DEMO events on a DEMO Host Organization webpage at:

Sell tickets online with eTicket Express
Sell tickets to performances.  Let your customers purchase their own tickets from their own computer or smart device and print out their own eTicket.  Set up the date, time and place for your performance.  Add a graphic for the event.  Sell assigned or unassigned seating tickets.  Click to announce your ticket sales on facebook, twitter and email.  Our DEMO for Grease the Musical shows a sample event that sells tickets to a show with multiple performances and allows the customer to select their own seats from a seating chart.  The DEMO Youth Choir Concert is an event that sells tickets to a performance with open seating.

Take sign-ups and payments online with eRegister Express
Post and sell registrations to events and classes for your organization. There are two DEMO party sign-ups for school parent clubs: Spaghetti Dinner, which allows unlimited registrations; and Margarita Party, which limits the number of participants.  There is also a DEMO Class Registration for a Yoga Class.  The Host sets up the date, time, location, price, graphic, description and number of registrants for each registration event.  The Host easily links the registration page to facebook, twitter and email.  The Host can collect information from each registrant by creating customized registration categories.  The Host can post last names of people who register, so others can see who is coming to a party or class.

Hold an online auction for your organization with eFundraiser Express
Hold an online auction to expand fundraising for your Host organization.  eFundraiser Express services provide a complete online auction, including item procurement; posting on the web; facebook, twitter & email advertising; bidding, checkout & final reporting.  For more information, check out 20 sample items in our DEMO Bloom and Grow Online Auction.

Credit & Debit Card Processing
Most importantly, credit and debit card processing is already set up for you.  Your organization does not need to set up its own merchant account from a bank to run an event.  ePayment Express transactions are done exclusively by Google Checkout – a highly secure, scalable, and high volume credit and debit card transaction service. 

As soon as your organization begins online sales, all transactions are processed through Google Checkout.  Seven business days after your event closes, you receive one payment for all sales from the event, minus the flat fee of 4% and $0.40/item.  There are no additional costs for the complete services of ePayment Express.  Compare our prices to any other e-ticket, online registration, or online auction software company, and you’ll find our prices are the lowest on the market today! 

Management Features
You cannot see the tools provided to Host Managers on the ePayment Express DEMO.  Host Managers must login (with email and password) to ePayment Express from any computer or smart device.  Highlights of the management tools are:

  • Managers can view real-time sales reports and revenue data for all events.
  • eTicket Express Managers can view and print seating charts, alphabetized rosters, and lists of email addresses of patrons. Box Office Managers can even generate printable paper tickets to sell at the door.
  • eRegister Express Managers can create customized registration forms to collect data from registrants.  Managers can print or email lists of registrants to use for check-in.
  • Online Auction Managers can use the eFundraiser Express management tools to add and edit items and bidders, notify winners by email, and track deliveries. 
  • When an event ends, the Host receives one payment of proceeds – no time wasted counting money and reconciling checks from customers.  It’s simple, safe and secure.
